Job summary

Family Dollar seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process sales at the register, and help keep store shelves stocked and clean.

Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, replenishing stock, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment for customers and teammates. This is a part-time role with opportunities for growth within the store network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar settings preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenish.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
