Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to ring up purchases, assist guests with product questions, and support other team members in a fast-paced store environment. You will promote loyalty programs, explain store services, and help guests navigate drive-up and order pickup options.

Excellent communication and a friendly, helpful attitude are essential as you contribute to a welcoming shopping experience. Training is provided, with a focus on customer service and store safety.
