Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience in-store. You will greet guests, help them find products, and resolve issues while maintaining excellent service standards.

You will support checkout operations, explain and enroll guests in loyalty benefits, and assist with drive-up and online ordering services. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Capability to lift up to 44 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with finding products and resolving issues.
• Provide friendly, efficient checkout and support for returns and exchanges.
• Promote Target benefits and loyalty programs to guests.
• Assist with Order Pick-Up and Drive-Up services and guide guests on use.
