Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, answer questions, and help with purchases. You’ll promote store programs, assist with Drive Up and order pickup, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

This role emphasizes friendliness, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include guiding guests, resolving issues, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, safe store area while supporting fellow team members.
