Target is looking for a Guest Advocate to create a welcoming shopping experience by greeting guests, answering questions, and guiding them through store services. You will manage checkout, educate guests about Target apps and loyalty programs, and support drive-up and order-pickup options.

The role requires adaptability to a fast-paced environment, strong communication, and a willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Training is provided to develop guest engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Able to lift and move items up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Comfort with using handheld scanners and multiple devices.

• Greet guests and assist with store needs to ensure a welcoming experience.
