Job summary

Global Partners is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive top-notch guest experience while ensuring efficient store tasks. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and accurate POS handling in a Fortune 500 environment.

You will greet guests, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist vendors as needed. The position requires flexible hours and physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, with training and onboarding support provided.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Basic computer skills for everyday store tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from the store.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures outside, in coolers, etc.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Access to all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area.
• Perform duties of the job in a timely manner.
• Ability to count, read, and write accurately for required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to established safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale; maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to keep in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to store management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
