Job summary

European Wax Center in Olympia, WA is hiring a Guest Service Associate. This sales-focused role delivers a cheerful guest experience and handles front desk operations, wax pass sales, and center inquiries.

You will open/close the center, manage guest flow, educate guests on products and promotions, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment consistent with our Strut 365 program and waxing services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or one – two years related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Selling wax passes.
• Opening and closing procedures of the center.
• Managing the flow of guests in and out of the center and assisting with questions as needed.
• Educating guests on European Wax Center's product portfolio, Strut 365™ and demonstrating products on guests, and benefits and savings of Wax Passes and consistency with waxing.
• Maintaining the front of the center, including restocking product shelves and refilling brochure and card holders.
• Educating guests on current in-center promotions.
• Checking their schedule on a weekly basis.
• Arriving to work on time wearing the appropriate dress code and name tag.
• Following all corporate policies and procedures.
• Participation in community events and street team marketing when requested.
• Participate in all weekly Strut Sessions.
• Participate on Strut Bloomfire by actively commenting on questions and posts.
• Create a memorable guest experience by utilizing EWC terminology and tailoring responses.
• Maintain and exceed center and individual goals.
• Center cleanliness
• Other duties as assigned.
