Chevron Stations Inc (CSI) is seeking team-oriented individuals for our Richmond, CA location. You will provide exceptional guest service, handle POS transactions, manage cash, and ensure food safety and sanitation across indoor and outdoor areas.

You will prepare and stock food/beverages, promote store specials, and maintain clean, organized spaces. The role emphasizes safety, compliance with local regulations, and strong customer focus in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must possess up-to-date food handling certificates as required by law (locations only).
• Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional guest service; greet and thank customers with eye contact.
• Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely following CSI guidelines.
• Maintain cash drawer and perform cashier reconciliation at shift end.
• Perform regular station cleaning of indoor and outdoor facilities including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash.
• Prepare food and hot beverages; manage ExtraMile/KKC foodservice to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Actively promote store specials and marketing programs.
• Cross-check delivered goods for accuracy.
• Distribute delivered goods to shelves and coolers to keep products available.
