Job summary

Chevron Stations is seeking team members for our Fremont, CA location to deliver excellent guest service and maintain the store and fuel operations. You will greet customers, handle POS transactions, manage cash and keep the store clean and stocked, while following CSI policies and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include preparing food and beverages, promoting specials, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation, and supporting marketing programs.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and communicate with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service; greet and thank customers with eye contact.
• Conduct point-of-sale activities accurately and safely across multiple payment methods.
• Maintain cash drawer and reconcile at end of shift.
• Perform station cleaning including restrooms, pumps, and car wash.
• Prepare food and hot beverages; manage ExtraMile/KKC foodservice to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Promote store specials and marketing programs.
• Cross-check delivered goods for accuracy and stock shelves.
• Observe local laws when fueling vehicles (where applicable).
• May perform additional duties as assigned by management.
