Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is hiring for multiple positions at our California locations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, accurate POS transactions, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

You will prepare food and beverages, support meal programs, and promote store offers while following safety policies. Qualifications include English proficiency, flexible hours, and up-to-date food handling certificates where required.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand CSI policies and communicate effectively.
• Available to work a variety of hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must possess up-to-date food handling certificates where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet customers with eye contact.
• Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely with multiple payment forms.
• Maintain cash drawer and perform cashier reconciliation at shift end.
• Perform station cleaning of indoor/outdoor facilities, restrooms, pumps and car wash.
• Prepare food and hot beverages and manage ExtraMile/KKC offerings to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Actively promote store specials and marketing programs.
• Cross-check delivered goods for price accuracy and stock shelves fully.
• Observe local laws when fueling vehicles and ensure safety procedures.
