Job summary

Mitra QSR is seeking a Manager to oversee restaurant operations, product preparation, customer relations, and team leadership in our Michigan location. The role emphasizes maintaining high quality and service standards daily.

You will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest experiences, applying food safety protocols, and guiding staff through training and development while maintaining a clean, well-presented restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid U.S. ID.
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willing to have fun and be part of the Mitra culture.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: ensure every customer has an excellent experience with friendly service and great food.
• Food Safety: follow all food safety protocols for health and safety.
• Food Preparation: assist in prep and cooking according to standards (not a minor).
• Appearance: maintain professional appearance and grooming per standards.
