Mitra QSR is seeking a hands-on Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure quality food preparation, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will drive service excellence from greeting guests to checkout, while maintaining standards that foster repeat visits.

You will lead a diverse team, train staff, manage schedules, and uphold food safety, cleanliness, and brand policies. This role is on-site and requires flexible hours to support busy shifts and events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid U.S. ID.
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willing to participate in Mitra culture and have fun on the job.
