Responsibilities

• Takes and fills orders within service time.
• Upsells as directed by management and collects payment.
• Counts cash and ensures drawer accuracy at end of shift.
• Addresses customer issues promptly and notifies the manager as needed.
• Maintains clean display and rotates products for freshness.
• Stocks service area with napkins, cups, lids, and beverages.
