Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a friendly and efficient server to deliver food and beverages to guests with excellent service. You will take orders, make menu recommendations, and ensure guests have a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities include processing payments accurately, handling alcohol responsibly, and maintaining a clean and organized station. Prior customer service experience is preferred for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus helps in taking orders and making recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guests' orders promptly and check back to ensure satisfaction.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Verify guest ages where required and handle alcohol service responsibly.
• Accurately process transactions at the point of sale for cash, credit, and debit payments.
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and politely.
• Assist with opening and closing side work as directed.
