Responsibilities

• Greets customers with a sincere smile and welcoming attitude.
• Takes and fills orders within the company-mandated service time.
• Suggestive upsell of products as directed by management.
• Collects money and delivers orders to customers.
• Responds to customer service problems and notifies the manager as needed.
• Counts cash drawer and ensures accuracy at shift end.
• Notifies Manager in Charge of deletions, over-rings or equipment issues.
• Rotates products and maintains proper display and cleanliness.
• Keeps display case interior and exterior clean.
• Maintains adequate napkins, cups, lids, and iced tea; performs other duties as assigned.
