Job summary

Bastion Hospitality LLC in Miami seeks an Assistant Server to join our hospitality team. You will assist the Server, keep the dining room and server station clean, and support guests’ dining experience while coordinating with service and kitchen teams.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, effective communication, and a flexible schedule to service our guests during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant experience or equivalent.
• Must read, speak and interpret English clearly.
• Willing to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handlers Safety Certificate preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Server and help maintain dining room and server station.
• Support all aspects of guests’ dining experience and communicate with service and kitchen teams.
• Follow team and manager directions to ensure a friendly, casual dining experience.
