Job summary

Bastion Hospitality LLC is seeking a Server to join our team of hospitality professionals in a dynamic dining environment. You will provide prompt, friendly food and beverage service and act as an ambassador for our cuisine and culture.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of restaurant experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Join us for ateam-oriented environment with growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in restaurants or similar establishments.
• Must be organized, motivating and have excellent communication skills.
• Food Handlers Safety Certificate preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and interpret documents in English.
• Able to exert well-paced effort in limited space and reach other locations in a timely manner.
• Manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as the ambassador of the restaurant’s cuisine and culture.
• Provide prompt, attentive table service and strong menu/beverage knowledge.
• Be energetic, motivated and passionate about hospitality.
• Be a role model for the restaurant and accountable for actions.
• Direct the support staff to ensure a friendly, casual dining experience.
