Job summary

Bastion Hospitality LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Server to join our team in Miami. This role assists the server, helps maintain a clean dining room and server station, and supports all aspects of the guest dining experience.

You will work with the service and kitchen teams, focusing on attentive, friendly service and a casual dining atmosphere. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in restaurants or similar establishments.
• Must be organized, motivated and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Food Handlers Safety Certificate preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and interpret documents in clear English.
• Lift up to 30 pounds; stand up to 10 hours.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Server and maintain cleanliness of the dining room and server station during service.
• Support all aspects of guests’ dining experience; communicate with service and kitchen teams.
• Work with attention to detail to ensure a friendly, casual dining experience.
