Bastion Hospitality LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Server to join our dining service team and support the server in delivering attentive guest experiences. You will help maintain the dining area and server station, ensuring smooth operations during service.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a passion for hospitality. A Food Handlers Safety Certificate is preferred, with the ability to read, speak, and interpret English clearly.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in restaurants or similar establishments.
• Organized, motivated, and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Server and help maintain the dining room and server station during service.
• Support all aspects of the guests’ dining experience and stay in constant communication with service and kitchen teams.
• Pay close attention to detail and follow the service team and manager to ensure a friendly, casual dining experience.
