The position requires energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for food and beverage, with responsibilities including rapid guest greeting, water service, and timely food and beverage delivery. Training is provided to learn our menu and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant position.
• Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes.
• Ability to learn our menu, including food, beverage, and wine, and to stay updated on changes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and assist with seating and water service.
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen/bar to guests in a timely manner.
• Assist server with food delivery and large party service as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room and server station during service.
• Perform side work, reset tables, and restock as required by station.
• Ensure proper handling of tableware and support guest dining experience.
