Job summary

Hampton Inn Lancaster, OH is seeking a dynamic Hotel Ambassador/Sales Representative to welcome guests, upsell premium rooms, and drive revenue across front desk and sales. The role requires flexibility across all shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will work with the Front Office Manager and sales team, handle check-ins/outs in OnQ/Opera, and coordinate cross-departmental tasks as MOD when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year front desk or guest-facing hospitality experience preferred.
• Full availability across all shifts including nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-in/out using PMS and verify IDs.
• Upsell rooms and add-ons to meet targets.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with other departments as MOD when needed.
