Bass Pro Shops in Las Vegas seeks a friendly Greeter to welcome each guest with a positive attitude and assist with front-end tasks. You will promote CLUB Membership and in-store pickup, while modeling the brand's customer service standards.

As a part-time team member, you will help maintain a safe entry, handle merchandise with care, and provide information about events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsabilités

• Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Actively promoting programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Modeling brand standards by presenting a professional image and adhering to dress code.
• Checks in all customers' merchandise for return.
• Checks in all Vendor representatives and logs visits.
• Informs customers about events, sales, or promotions and distributes promotional materials.
• Maintains a clean, tidy, and safe entryway and work area.
• Assists with firearm guest check-in per SOP, greeters should not handle firearms.
