Bass Pro Shops in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with merchandise, handle returns, and process sales with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

You will help customers identify needs, promote memberships and services, manage refunds/exchanges, and maintain a clean, stocked work area while following store policies. Part-time benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change.
• Comfort handling merchandise and operating a POS system.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Assist customers in product selection and decision-making.
• Process refunds and exchanges; complete required paperwork.
• Handle and monitor merchandise returns; sort by category.
• Sell hunting and fishing licenses and promote memberships/programs.
• Keep the work area clean, stocked, and organized.
