Bass Pro Shops in Kalispell, MT is seeking a part-time Greeter to welcome customers and provide friendly, prompt assistance at the front of the store. You will promote club memberships and services, help with check-ins, and hand out promotional materials.

The role emphasizes professional appearance, positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple front-end tasks while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Actively promoting programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Modeling our brand standard for customer service by presenting a professional image and adhering to dress code.
• Checks in all customers’ merchandise for return and checks in all Vendor representatives.
• Remains aware of all Special events and informs customers of details and promotions; provides promotional materials.
• Ensures entryway and surrounding work area remain clean, tidy, and safe for customers and Outfitters.
• Assists facilitation of customer check-in of all firearms/weapons per SOP; Greeters should not handle firearms.
• All other duties as assigned.
