Job summary

Sentral is seeking an Experience Ambassador to engage residents and guests with warmth, solving inquiries related to property services and activities on-site in Chicago, IL.

This on-site role requires a friendly, proactive hospitality professional with at least one year in customer service, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to work evenings/weekends. Great communication and problem solving are essential to create memorable resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in hospitality or customer service.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral’s standards, policies, and provide excellent customer service.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests to ensure they feel welcome.
• Serve as the first point of contact between guests and the organization.
• Greet residents by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Provide hospitality that meets quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Resolve disputes promptly to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor access and maintain safety in common areas.
• Assist with administrative duties and special projects as needed.
