Job summary

Sentral is seeking an Experience Ambassador to join our on-site team in a residents-first role. You will engage directly with residents and homeshare guests, handle inquiries related to in-property and off-premises attractions, facilities, and services, and ensure a memorable stay with proactive service and strong ownership of tasks.

The role requires a can-do attitude, growth mindset, and willingness to go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in hospitality or customer service.
• Multifamily experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral’s standards and deliver excellent customer service.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests.
• Serve as the first contact between guests and the organization.
• Respond to requests with friendliness, efficiency, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Greet residents by name and make guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Provide exceptional hospitality in line with QA expectations.
• Resolve disputes to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Promote living at the property and distribute marketing materials.
• Answer and log calls, messages, and requests.
• Run daily reports and verify accuracy.
