Job summary

Sentral is seeking an Experience Ambassador to engage with residents and homeshare guests, resolving inquiries related to property facilities and services. This on-site role runs Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, with duties spanning guest relations, operations, and safety within Sentral communities.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• 1+ year hospitality or customer service experience.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Computer literacy; ability to learn multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral standards and deliver excellent customer service.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests; greet by name and with a smile.
• Serve as the first point of contact between guests and the organization.
• Fulfill resident/guest requests with friendliness, efficiency, and confidentiality.
• Provide exceptional hospitality in line with quality assurance standards.
