Job summary

Sentral is seeking an Experience Ambassador to enhance resident and guest experiences on-site at our Chicago community. You will engage directly with residents and homeshare guests, manage inquiries related to on-site and nearby attractions, facilities, services, and activities, and provide warm, proactive hospitality.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in hospitality or customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize requests with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum one year of hospitality or customer service experience.
• Multifamily experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold standards and deliver excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Be the first point of contact and manage inquiries in-person, by phone, or email.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, property tours, and local recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobbies and common areas.
• Handle requests, record feedback, and escalate issues as needed.
• Support safety procedures and emergency procedures as required.
