Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to assist guests and support store operations. You can work as much or as little as you like, selecting shifts via the myTime scheduling app and committing to a flexible training schedule. A Welcome orientation is required to prepare you for the role.

Ideal candidates enjoy interacting with guests, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable with varying hours, including nights and weekends. Training and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at the checklanes and service areas.
• Assist guests with questions and solutions to their needs.
• Promote and explain Target’s apps, loyalty programs, and services.
• Assist with order pickup, drive-up, and registry as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe working practices.
