Job summary

Target is hiring for an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to deliver exceptional guest service across store operations. You will engage with guests, assist with inquiries, and support checkout, pickup, and digital services while maintaining high standards of store cleanliness and safety.

The role offers flexible shifts and requires reliability, prompt attendance, and active engagement by picking up shifts through the myTime app.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service is a plus.
• Ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service at checklanes and guest services to meet guest expectations.
• Greet guests and assist with inquiries to resolve issues.
• Familiarize customers with products, services, and loyalty programs.
• Scan, bag items, and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and support store operations as needed.
