Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to support guest services and store operations. You can work as much or as little as you like, choosing shifts via the myTime app, with no guaranteed weekly schedule and a schedule that may vary by store needs.

You will be expected to respond to contact attempts, attend a Welcome orientation, and complete a short-term training to prepare for your new role. The position emphasizes friendly guest service and efficient in-store support.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service and assist guests at checkout, assistance, and product information.
• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the Target service standard and assisting with purchases, returns, and order services.
• Operate in a fast-paced store environment, maintain cleanliness and safety, and support store operations as needed.
