Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests with a welcoming, efficient shopping experience. You’ll create a schedule by picking up shifts through the myTime app, with attendance and reliability as key expectations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard and greeting guests as you perform daily tasks.
• Assist guests with inquiries, resolve concerns, and direct them to available products and services.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, maintaining accuracy and food safety standards.
• Support order pick up, drive-up, and registry guests, adhering to store policies.
