Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) in a fast-paced environment. You will create a welcoming guest experience, help guests with questions, and support store operations across checkout, drive-up, and pickup services.

You can select shifts via the myTime app, with a requirement to be reliable, attend orientation, and complete a short training period to start. The schedule varies by store needs and requires flexibility.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to pick up shifts via scheduling app (myTime).

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with questions and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Greet guests and respond to needs to ensure a positive store experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while following store policies.
• Participate in drive-up, order pickup, and registry-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
