Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating to start a seamless dining experience.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations and seating to optimize guest satisfaction and flow.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
• Address dietary restrictions and special requests with care and accuracy.
• Oversee dining area presentation and coordinate with staff to uphold standards.
• Assist with organizing special events and group reservations with a personal touch.
• Handle transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling and POS usage.
• Share menu knowledge, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure guests depart with a positive farewell and reason to return.
• Support various administrative tasks to aid outlet operations.
