Job summary
Museum of Ice Cream is seeking a Service Ambassador to support daily operations across back of house and guest-facing areas. You will interact with guests, maintain safety standards, and help with food prep and service to create memorable experiences.
This role offers opportunities to participate in events, VIP setups, and cross-training within the team. Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, available on weekends, and able to stand long hours while keeping a positive, energetic demeanor.
Qualifications
- Age 18+.
- Open availability, including weekends.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team player in a high-energy environment.
- Able to bend/lift up to 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service and interact with guests and team members.
- Follow safety, cleanliness and sanitation guidelines across all museum areas.
- Prepare food and beverage components to support museum operations.
- Serve ice cream and treats while maintaining presentation and safety standards.
- Set up and maintain guest-facing areas and exhibits.
- Assist with events and VIP setups to ensure high-quality service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Opportunity to cross-train in Show Team functions.
