Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment.
• Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and respond to guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Guide and educate guests on the Flight Club brand upon entry and to their seats.
• Host and assist in facilitating tournament play.
• Build rapport with guests and assist with requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of gaming areas and equipment.
• Answer phones and assist with reservations and scheduling.
• Enter guest information accurately in the reservation system.
• Perform opening, closing and shift duties as assigned.
