Job summary

Flight Club in Addison, TX is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the shift, uphold brand standards, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will supervise front-of-house operations, coach staff, and partner with the General Manager to ensure smooth service and exceptional hospitality.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hospitality experience, valid food/beverage certifications, and the ability to manage schedules and inventory while maintaining cost controls.

Qualifications

• Background check required prior to hire.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• Food, alcohol, and allergen certification must be maintained where applicable.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and digitally.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 50+ lbs if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Create positive energy by ensuring consistent execution of food, beverage, service and hospitality to company standards.
• Inspire the team through coaching, development and training.
• Demonstrate urgency by managing costs in partnership with GM through scheduling and inventory.
• Lead FOH operations and collaborate with General Manager to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
