Job summary

Flight Club Denver is seeking an Ambassador to deliver a top-tier guest experience in a fast-paced entertainment venue. This role supports greeting, seating, brand education, and tournament facilitation while ensuring smooth reservations and smooth operations.

Ideal candidates hold food and alcohol certifications, have 2+ years in high-volume settings, can lift 50 lbs, and are available for varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Current food handlers and alcohol certification required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in high-volume environments.
• Able to stand or walk for long periods.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs when needed.
• Authorized to legally work in the USA.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and guide them to their location.
• Explain Flight Club branding and assist with tournament play.
• Answer phones and manage reservations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of gaming areas.
• Troubleshoot basic venue tech and report issues.
• Handle opening and closing duties as required.
• Create positive energy and uphold company standards.
