Job summary

LIVunLtd is seeking a reliable Front Desk Associate who can handle a variety of tasks while delivering a high level of customer service. You will greet residents and guests, provide tours of the amenity space, and respond to inquiries at the front desk.

This pipeline posting offers both Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities for LIVunLtd's luxury residential clients. Flexibility for days, nights and weekends is required; proficiency in G Suite, Word and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Good knowledge of the local area and a hospitality focus.
• Excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to multitask, be a team player, and learn quickly.
• Flexible to work days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests at the front desk and verify entry.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist coworkers.
• Provide tours of the amenity space and maintain a neat front desk.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' information and show space.
• Process business tasks such as photocopies, faxes, and scanning.
• Reserve event/amenity space as needed and uphold LIVunLtd policies.
