Responsibilities

• Provide a memorable guest experience during arrival, stay, and departure.
• Handle reservations and payments and maintain a welcoming front desk.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, local market, and services.
• Operate PMS, PBX, and maintain front desk organization.
• Complete shift-end reports and coordinate guest relocations when needed.
