Job summary

Rapport, a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group, seeks an administrative professional to support regional operations. You will prepare presentations, coordinate meetings, handle expense reports, and assist with unit openings and corporate programs.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency in MS Office. You will interact with managers and staff, compile reports, and help maintain regional directories and communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience reading/writing reports and correspondence; comfortable presenting to groups.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and drafting documents for region.
• Support and participate in regional communications.
• Research projects/compile information as needed.
• Arrange and coordinate conference calls, region meetings and training sessions.
• Prepare/process expense reports, payables, and e-transfers.
• Maintain regional staff/client/unit directory databases.
• Work with Compass payroll and MAP access to resolve payroll issues.
• Assist with new unit openings and corporate-branded programs.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare presentations (Power Point, financial book, hard copy, drafting documents...)
  Supports & participated in communication throughout the region
  Research projects/compilation as needed
  Arrange and coordinate conference calls, region meetings and training sessions
  Prepare and process expense reports, payables, credit card statements and e-transfers
  Prepare/maintain regional staff/client/unit directory database
  Work with Compass payroll and maintain "MAP" Manager Access to Personnel to resolve payroll issues
  Assist with new unit openings & corp. branded programs as needed
  Participate in Be-A-Star as chairperson for region
  Complete all daily, weekly or monthly reports on a timely basis meeting all prescribed deadlines
  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  Performs any other duties as assigned by regional teamdardized situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One (1) to three (3) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence
• Experience speaking effectively before groups of managers
• Experience calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume
• Experience in applying concepts of basic algebra and geometry
• Experience in operating a standard computer, including basic use of MS applications such as Excel and Word and PowerPoint
