Position Title: Guest Experience Ambassador-Accenture DC

Rapport is a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group focused on all aspects of guest and employee services, meeting and event planning and conference center management. Salary: $25-$27/hr

Job Summary

This individual will be expected to maintain a professional, polite and considerate manner as they support visiting and local customers with both routine and general service requests.

Key Responsibilities

Greets both expected and unexpected visitors according to established procedures
Answers telephones in a friendly, professional manner
Takes messages with accuracy and appropriately handles or refers questions and requests
Handles on-floor conference room activities
Acts as an overall Hospitality Services resource to guests, visitors, and employees
Has a thorough understanding of the client’s emergency procedures is prepared to carry out designated tasks
Exemplifies an understanding of the client’s company culture
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

A high school graduate, with some college preferred
Two to three years’ experience in a client service / reception position within a hospitality or corporate environment
Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and juggling many jobs simultaneously
Comfortable interacting with visitors in a public environment
Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology / equipment.
