Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking an Ambassador to be the face of our organization, greeting guests, handling inquiries, and upholding our standards of service. You will create a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge.
• Presentation and uniform must adhere to established standards at all times, maintaining a polished and professional appearance.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow directions from supervisors.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
