Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests at our hotel, hospital or casino partners. You will answer inquiries, provide directions, and help guests navigate the facility with courtesy and professionalism.

The role requires strong English communication, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks calmly. Shifts include AM/PM times, and the position offers competitive hourly pay with eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 and pass a background check and drug screen.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Ability to read, speak and write standard English.
• Knowledge of operating basic office and safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answer the telephone promptly and politely per Towne Park standards.
• Assist visitors with directions and inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Provide information about facilities and local attractions.
• Report accidents or incidents to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
