Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests at hotels, hospitals or local venues in a courteous, efficient manner. You will assist with inquiries, directions and initial questions about facilities or services.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to pass a criminal background and drug screen, 1–3 months of related experience, and basic English and computer skills. AM/PM shifts are possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with ability to pass background and drug screen.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of equipment including telephones, alarms, two-way radios and surveillance systems.
• Ability to read, speak and write standard English and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Greets guests and answers inquiries with a courteous greeting and direction.
• Assists visitors with directions, information and other inquiries.
• Provides information about facilities, amenities and local attractions.
• Documents and reports incidents per procedures; follows safety plans.
• Performs duties with attention to confidentiality and client SOPs.
