Job summary

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly greeter to welcome guests and support a positive dining experience. You will greet guests, assist with seating, present menus, and suggest items during peak hours. You’ll monitor guest satisfaction and coordinate with supervisors to resolve issues as they arise.

We value teamwork, hospitality, and a positive attitude. This role involves standing for long periods, light lifting, and a willingness to support various tasks across the team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well with others and assist fellow team members.
• Standing and/or walking 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs and frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and acknowledge their presence.
• Assist in seating guests and managing guest flow.
• Present menus and suggest items as identified by management.
• Observe guest reactions and escalate any issues to management when needed.
• Perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.
