Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's StateView Hotel in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and guide them to their rooms while sharing hotel amenities and local tips.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service experience, a pleasant, engaging personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Weekend shifts and standing for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise.
• Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
• Interacts with all guests. The bell person/guest services attendant will welcome each guest to our hotel.
• Escort guests to the front desk for check-in and to their room, explaining amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain entrance area cleanliness and collaborate with teammates to deliver personalized experiences.
