Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.

• Proficient with computers and reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs, confirm reservations and issue keys.
• Create, modify and confirm guest reservations accurately.
• Answer phone calls promptly and assist guests.
