Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in receptionist or front desk roles.
• Experience in professional corporate/work environment preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to a positive visitor experience.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to interact professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, employees, vendors, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage visitor check-in and check-out procedures, including badge issuance and logs.
• Monitor lobby activities and ensure site access requirements are followed.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries with accurate information.
• Maintain reception coverage and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate meeting logistics and visitor materials.
• Manage shared inbox communications related to arrivals, meetings, and inquiries.
• Assist with mail, packages, and courier services.
