Job summary

Daly Seven is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and share local dining and activity tips. You will ensure fast, accurate service and assist guests with reservations while promoting our membership options.

Responsibilities include cash handling, switchboard operations, and maintaining a welcoming lobby and breakfast setup. Prior hotel or customer service experience is preferred; the role requires standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency with basic hotel software and cash handling.
• Prevailing professionalism when assisting guests and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, check them in and out with speed and accuracy.
• Be the local expert for attractions, restaurants, and events.
• Handle guest complaints with professional care and concern.
• Promote franchise membership and secure future stays at Daly Seven properties.
• Assist guests in finding lodging when our hotel is full.
• Maintain cash drawer, balance shift reports, and record reservations accurately.
• Operate the lobby switchboard and computer systems; manage daily operations.
• Keep lobby and continental breakfast area clean and well presented.
• Support safety procedures, report hazards, and assist in incident reporting as needed.
